From the 18 – 20 of May 2018, the Silent Meditation Retreat was organised in Genting Highlands. A total of 35 members participated in this retreat. Participants were required to maintain complete silence throughout the program. The program consisted of 5 hours of meditation a day, with walks in the morning and evening followed by a short yoga session. The retreat was invigorating – both for mind and body. Many participants expressed both surprise and contentment after the retreat as they felt the strict discipline of the retreat helped them to be with themselves fully and thus feel more light hearted and at peace.
